Fertile Foundations
Feel clearer, calmer and more proactive about your fertility journey with my 45 mins consultation.
A one-to-one fertility nutrition consultation for individuals and couples who are trying to conceive, preparing for IVF, navigating sperm results, or feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice.
Fertility can feel so hopeless.
One person tells you to cut out gluten. Someone else says take more supplements. Your clinic may be focused on treatment timelines, but not always on the foundations that could support your body before or alongside that treatment.
And if sperm health is part of the picture, you may have been handed a semen analysis with very little explanation of what it actually means or what you can do next.
Fertility Foundations is designed to help you pause, take stock, and understand where to focus first.
No extremes or fads.
Just clear, evidence-led nutrition and lifestyle support, tailored to where you are right now.
This is for you if…
You are trying to conceive and want to feel more proactive.
You are preparing for IVF or another fertility treatment and want to support your body before starting.
You or your partner have had sperm results and feel unsure what they mean.
You have been told everything is “normal” but still feel like something is missing.
You feel overwhelmed by fertility nutrition advice online and want someone to help you make sense of it.
You want to understand what is actually worth focusing on and what probably isn’t.
You are tired of carrying the whole mental load and want a more practical plan.
What we’ll look at together
In your Fertility Foundations consultation, we will look at the bigger picture of your fertility health, including:
Your current fertility journey
Where you are now, how long you’ve been trying, any investigations or treatment so far, and what support you feel you need.
Nutrition and nutrient status
What you are currently eating, whether your diet is supporting hormone health, egg health, sperm health, blood sugar balance, inflammation and overall reproductive health.
Sperm health, if relevant
We can look at semen analysis results, lifestyle factors, nutrition, oxidative stress, heat exposure, alcohol, supplements and the key foundations that may support sperm quality over the next few months.
IVF preparation, if relevant
If you are preparing for IVF, we’ll look at how to support both partners before treatment rather than leaving everything until the cycle begins.
Lifestyle foundations
Sleep, stress, movement, alcohol, caffeine, environmental exposures and daily rhythms that may be affecting your fertility picture.
Testing and next steps
Where appropriate, we can discuss what testing or further conversations may be worth exploring with your GP, consultant or fertility clinic.
“I thought Nutrition was mainly about food and meal plans. I knew I’d get supplement advice, but I was surprised by the truly holistic approach: you started with a deep dive into my personal and family history, picked up on ‘clues’ I hadn’t pay attention to, and helped me see how they could impact my fertility journey.”
Sandy, 43
What you’ll leave with:
You will leave with:
A clearer understanding of where you are now
A realistic sense of what may be worth focusing on first
Nutrition and lifestyle priorities tailored to your situation
Guidance on supplements, if appropriate
A better understanding of sperm results, if relevant
Suggested next steps to discuss with your doctor or clinic, where needed
A plan that feels doable rather than overwhelming
The goal is not to give you a 45-point fertility to-do list.
The goal is to help you focus on the things that are most likely to matter for you.
Why this matters
Fertility is often treated as something that only starts once you enter a clinic.
But the months before conception, before IVF, or before repeat testing can be incredibly valuable.
Nutrition, nutrient status, metabolic health, inflammation, sleep, stress, alcohol intake, environmental exposures and sperm health can all form part of the bigger fertility picture.
And while no nutrition or lifestyle approach can guarantee a pregnancy, many people feel better when they know they are taking thoughtful, evidence-led action rather than guessing their way through it.
Fertility Foundations gives you a place to start.

Who you’ll be working with
I’m Natasha, founder of Natal Nutrition and a fertility nutritional therapist.
I support individuals and couples who are trying to conceive, preparing for IVF, or wanting to better understand the role of nutrition and lifestyle in their fertility journey.
My work is practical, evidence-led and compassionate. I am especially interested in sperm health and male fertility, because this side of the fertility picture is still too often overlooked.
My role is not to overwhelm you with more information.
It is to help you understand what matters, what does not, and what your next best step could be.

FAQS
Is this suitable if I’m already doing IVF?
Yes. This can be especially useful before or between IVF cycles, or if you want to feel more prepared before starting treatment.
Can my partner attend?
Yes. Fertility is a shared picture, and partners are welcome to attend. This is especially helpful if sperm health is part of the conversation.
Can you interpret sperm test results?
I can help you understand what the main semen analysis markers mean from a nutrition and lifestyle perspective, and where further medical input may be needed. This does not replace advice from your doctor, urologist or fertility consultant.
Is this only for women?
No. This session is for individuals and couples. I work with both female and male fertility foundations.
Will you give me a supplement plan?
Where appropriate, we can discuss supplements. But I do not recommend supplements blindly. We’ll look at your diet, health history, test results, medication, lifestyle and goals before discussing what may be relevant.
Do you guarantee pregnancy?
No. No practitioner can or should guarantee pregnancy. This session is about helping you support your fertility foundations, understand your next steps and feel more proactive.
